    • Other Martial Arts styles take one year or more before you are able to protect yourself in every situation.
  • Become proficient in all four ranges of combat—kicking, boxing, trapping and grappling.
    • Most Martial Arts styles address only two or three combat ranges.
  • Practice mindful fitness over mindless exercise.
    • Why spend an hour doing repetitive one-dimensional exercises when you can exponentially increase your health benefits AND learn how to protect yourself and your family?
  • Our training methods can even help people with mental and physical disabilities.

WHAT MAKES CHINESE KEMPO / TAI-JITSU MORE PRACTICAL FOR SELF DEFENSE?

Chinese Kempo and Tai-Jitsu are combined systems that effectively synthesize the Close Quarter Contact aspects of several arts, including Chu'an-Fa, Karate, Jiu-Jitsu and Boxing into a devastatingly effective survival-oriented Martial Art.

Our fighting method incorporates Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Ninjitsu, Kobojitsu (Japanese Weaponry), Russian Sambo, Greco Roman freestyle wrestling, Kali, Wing Chun and Aikido, with an emphasis on circular hand and fist techniques. It is deeply rooted in traditional techniques applied to modern day, real-world environments and situations.

Some aspects of Chinese Kempo / Tai-Jitsu include:

  • Primary, intermediate and advanced striking techniques
  • Blocking and countering maneuvers
  • Kicking techniques
  • Joint manipulation and control
  • Trapping and grappling techniques
  • Evasive footwork and body shifting
  • Sweeps, throws and take downs
  • Full-range combat maneuvers
  • Multiple attacker techniques
  • Advanced hand, kicking and footwork drill training
  • Weapons defense techniques (gun and knife defense)
